The service
AI Headshots is provided by Nubri GmbH, Berlin. For a one-time price of $19 per order you upload 5–20 photos of yourself; we train a private AI model on them and generate 12 headshots in 6 styles, usually within about 30 minutes. The headshots are AI-generated and may not look exactly like you; results depend on your photos.
Who may use it
You must be at least 16. You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of another person, of a child, or images you have no right to use is not allowed.
Your photos and headshots
You keep all rights to your photos. You give us the right to use them only to make your headshots. You may use your headshots for any lawful purpose. Do not use them to impersonate anyone or to deceive.
Payment and refunds
You pay through Stripe before uploading. If generation fails, we refund the full $19 automatically. An order you paid for but never started can be refunded on request (info@nubri.co).
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
At checkout you ask us to start straight away. Your right of withdrawal therefore ends once your headshots have been fully delivered; until then, a withdrawal costs you nothing.
Model withdrawal form: "To Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, info@nubri.co: I hereby withdraw from my contract for AI Headshots, order ___, ordered on ___. Name, address, date."
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available but cannot promise it always is. We may change these terms for future orders; an order is governed by the terms in force when you paid.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
Law
German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
